EXCLUSIVE: Enrique Tarrio Asks Trump For Pardon

Enrique Tarrio's attorney, Nayib Hassan, has sent a letter to President Donald Trump asking for a pardon. Tarrio's lawyer briefly highlights just some of the abuse he has endured by the Department of Injustice. Tarrio was NOT at the Capitol on J6. Tarrio was prosecuted over text messages sent after J6. The DOJ allegedly asked Tarrio to lie and say President Donald Trump orchestrated J6 with him and another person. When Tarrio refused to lie, the DOJ asked a judge to sentence him to 33 years in prison. The judge sentenced him to 22 years in prison. Tarrio has spent the majority of his time in solitary confinement with only one hour a day outside of his prison cell. The federal government has abused Tarrio.

EXCLUSIVE: Illegal Alien Who Allegedly Lit Woman on Fire Was Receiving Social Services from NYS

The illegal alien who lit a woman on fire was receiving social services from New York State at the time of the incident.

Sebastian Zapeta-Calil was deported on 6/7/2018.

According to
@BillMelugin_
, DHS has no record of him entering the U.S. after that, meaning he snuck back into the U.S. without any encounters.

It is unknown how Calil was able to receive services from NYS.

Targeting Pete Hegseth

Running a hit piece on a man that's solely based on anonymous sources is cowardly and isn't journalism.

I'm willing to go on the record regarding Pete Hegseth.

As a former Fox booking producer, I've never heard a negative remark about Hegseth--until now.

This is the letter I am sending EVERY Senator.

BREAKING: NYPD RELEASED GA MURDER SUSPECT BEFORE ICE COULD PLACE A DETAINER

The illegal alien charged with murdering a 22-year-old Georgia nursing student should have been detained by ICE last year. Jose Antonio Ibarra was arrested by the NYPD on 9/14/23 for endangering the welfare of a child and a motor vehicle license violation.

Jose Antonio Ibarra's mugshot

I reached out to ICE and asked them if they placed a detainer on Ibarra after his NYC arrest. ICE tells me they were unable to place a detainer on Ibarra because the NYPD had already released him.

Here’s ICE’s full statement to me:

“Jose Ibarra, a 26-year-old citizen of Venezuela, was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on Sept. 8, 2022, after unlawfully entering the United States near El Paso, Texas. He was paroled and released for further processing. On Sept. 14, 2023, Ibarra was arrested by the New York Police Department and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation. He was released by the NYPD before a detainer could be issued. On Feb. 23, 2024, ERO Atlanta encountered Ibarra pursuant to his arrest by the University of Georgia Police Department and being charged with murder and other crimes. ERO Atlanta lodged a detainer.”

Jose Antonio Ibarra’s brother, Diego Ibarra, was also hit with criminal charges. He was charged with fraudulent green card and is being held in the state’s custody. If convicted, he faces ten years in prison.

I’ve also obtained a copy of the affidavit and criminal complaint against Diego Ibarra. According to the affidavit, Diego entered the United States on April 30, 2023. He was processed for immediate removal, but claimed he feared his return to Venezuela. As a result, he was released into New York City pending his asylum claim. Months later, he was arrested on September 25, 2023 by Athens Clarke County Police Department for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license. So after that, he was arrested for shoplifting on October 27, 2023. Diego was later arrested again on December 8, 2023 for failing to appear for a finger printable offense.

HSI confirmed that Diego Ibarra did not apply lawfully for a permanent resident card. On February 23, 2024, HSI was made aware that Diego Ibarra was being held by Athens Clarke County Police Department after an officer said he matched the description of a homicide suspect. Diego presented the officer with a permanent resident card as identification. The card was allegedly fraudulent.
